Free Shipping on All Internet Orders $25+ Shipped within the United States

Once received, all orders with a value of $25 or more will be shipped out on the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS with standard 3-5 day shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all orders shipped outside of the United States, including Canada, a minimum purchase of $100 is required and a flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied. Any additional fees, taxes or duties imposed by the country to which the goods are shipped is the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURN POLICY

If you purchased a Theraplex product(s) on-line at our website, our return policy allows you to return or exchange products by mail within 30 days of receipt. Contact Customer Service either by phone at (888) 437-2753 or via our Contact Us Form here. Please include the order number along with the reason for the return when you contact us. We will take your information and provide you with return instructions so that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately. We will refund the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned product.

If you purchased a Theraplex product(s) from a retailer or retail pharmacy:
Please return the product(s) to the retailer from which it was purchased and your return will be subject to the retailer's return policy.
