CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES
Once received, all orders will be shipped out on the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS with standard 3-5 day shipping.
Shipping charges are as follows:
$10.00 for orders over $65.00
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are not able to send orders internationally but we hope to in the future. You may, however, purchase from an international address and ship to a U.S. destination.
RETURN POLICY
If you purchased a Theraplex product(s) on-line at our website, our return policy allows you to return or exchange products by mail within 30 days of receipt. Contact Customer Service either by phone at (888) 437-2753 or via our Contact Us Form here. Please include the order number along with the reason for the return when you contact us. We will take your information and provide you with return instructions so that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately. We will refund the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned product.
If you purchased a Theraplex product(s) from a retailer or retail pharmacy:
Please return the product(s) to the retailer from which it was purchased and your return will be subject to the retailer's return policy.
