Orders, Delivery and Shipping
We aim to process all orders placed before 2pm EST Monday - Friday on the same day. All orders placed after 2pm EST Monday - Friday are typically processed the next business day. Orders made over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
All our orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex or USPS with tracking services so you can follow your order straight to your home.
All our orders typically arrive with 2 - 5 business days. If you need your Theraplex parcel expedited, we offer premium shipping options which can be found at checkout.
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive live tracking details from the delivery carrier. Should you have any difficulty accessing the tracking information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and our team will help you out.
